Jon Ross and Andrew Yaden - Owner / Operator's

-

Jon Ross and Andrew are the second-generation owners and operators of the family business their father started — which means they didn’t just inherit the business, they inherited the family group chat, the early mornings, and a lifetime supply of unsolicited advice.

Growing up around the business, they learned the ropes firsthand and eventually took on the responsibility of carrying their father’s vision into the next generation. Today, they’re proud to continue the family legacy while bringing their own personalities, ideas, and occasional sibling debates to the operation.

They’re committed to keeping what their father built going strong, serving their customers, and making sure the business stays in the family.

Prince Chaz Bowling - Do'er of All Things

-

Chaz Bowling is the Prince of an island nobody has ever heard of, but apparently has quite the transportation department.

When he’s not ruling his mysterious kingdom, Chaz can usually be found behind the wheel of Yaden’s rollback, hauling in the inventory that keeps the place moving. He has an undeniable love for trucks that go vroom vroom and spends his days making sure our vehicles get where they need to be — and, more importantly, are properly reconditioned and ready to hit the lot.

Chaz has changed a lot in the last year or so, were not sure why, but the guys here at the store have a hunch.

One thing is certain: Chaz is the driving force behind getting our inventory here and ready to sell. Without him, we'd have a lot of empty parking spaces and absolutely no idea what to do with them.

Shannon Martin - Secretary of Defense

-

For the past 15 years, Shannon Martin has been a proud member of the Yaden family — long enough to know where everything is, who to call, and when to stay out of the way.

As Yaden’s Sales Manager and unofficial Secretary of Defense, Shannon is on the front lines every day, defending the company’s customers, protecting the sales pipeline, and occasionally negotiating peace treaties between the sales team and the rest of the office.

Donald Bargo - Speaker of the House / Sitter Of the Couch

-

Donald Bargo is the newest face at Yaden, but he’s hardly a stranger. A longtime friend of the Yaden family, Donald finally made the move from friend of the family to part of the family business.

As Speaker of the House, Donald brings a lot of personality, plenty of opinions, and absolutely no shortage of things to say.

He may be new around here, but he fits in just fine — which is probably why nobody has asked for his references.

Zack Fowler - Sideways Desk guy

-

Zack Fowler is one of Yaden’s senior salesmen and, more importantly, the man behind the sideways desk.

Nobody knows why the desk is sideways. Zack isn’t explaining it. At this point, we’ve all just accepted it.

A Yaden veteran with plenty of experience and even more opinions, Zack keeps things moving — just not necessarily in a straight line.

Jeff "King Kong Daddy' Gray - King Kong Daddy

-

Jeff Gray is a man who apparently decided that “Jeff” wasn’t enough, so he gave himself the much more modest title of King Kong Daddy.

Nobody is exactly sure when the name started, or who approved it — but at this point, it’s too late to stop it.

A larger-than-life personality with an equally large presence, Jeff brings plenty of energy, plenty of opinions, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting.

Whether he’s actually earned the title of King Kong Daddy is still up for debate. But ask Jeff, and he’ll tell you there’s no debate at all.

Steven Hughes - Thundercat #1

-

Stevens Hughes is the newest addition to the Yaden sales floor, brought in by his good friend Jeff — which officially makes him Jeff’s Thundercat #1.

He’s new to Yaden, but he’s already got the most important qualification: Jeff vouched for him.

Now Stevens is here to sell some cars, learn the ropes, and figure out exactly what he got himself into.
